1. Our Commitment

ShipByClick Inc. wants every visitor to be able to read, navigate and use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, screen magnification or other assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how we build and maintain the site, not an afterthought.

2. Standard We Follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines are the standard referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and by courts in California, Florida and across the United States.

3. What We Have Done

Measures currently in place on this website include:

• Text and background colors meet or exceed the 4.5 to 1 contrast ratio required for normal text.
• Every image carries a text description for screen readers.
• Pages use a single main heading and a logical heading structure.
• Every form field has a visible label, and errors are described in plain words.
• Animations and moving content stop for visitors who have enabled reduced motion on their device.
• The site is responsive and remains usable when text is enlarged or the page is zoomed to 200 percent.
• We review the site with automated accessibility testing tools and fix issues as they are found.

4. Known Limitations

Some parts of the site are provided by third parties, such as the appointment scheduling calendar on the Book a Call page. We select providers that publish their own accessibility commitments, but we do not control their code. If you have difficulty with any third party component, contact us and we will complete the task with you by email or phone.

5. Feedback and Assistance

If you encounter a barrier on this website, or need any content or service in an alternative format, please tell us. Include the page address and a short description of the problem, and we will respond within five business days and work to resolve it.
