Terms of Service

LAST UPDATED: JULY 2026

These terms govern your use of the ShipByClick website and describe the general framework of our fulfillment services. By using this site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms. Specific service engagements are confirmed in writing when you onboard.

Who we are

ShipByClick provides third party logistics services for ecommerce businesses, including receiving, storage, pick and pack fulfillment, Amazon preparation, returns processing, and related services. We operate from California and Florida, United States.

Quotes and pricing

Our standard rates are published on our pricing page and estimates from our calculator are informational. Final pricing is confirmed when you onboard. All prices are in US dollars. Rates can change with 30 days written notice. A monthly minimum spend of $200 applies when total activity is below that amount, and a refundable deposit of $350 is collected at onboarding and returned when you leave.

No long term contract

We do not require long term contracts. Either side may end the service relationship with 30 days written notice. After notice is given, we work with you to transfer or ship out your remaining inventory, and outstanding balances become due.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate product information, including dimensions, weights, and any special handling needs, and for ensuring your goods are lawful to store and ship in the United States. We do not accept hazardous materials, illegal goods, or items that require licenses we do not hold, and we may refuse any shipment at our discretion.

Inventory care and claims

We handle your inventory with professional care, and we track our shipping accuracy on every order. If something goes wrong with an order or inventory item, notify us promptly and we will investigate and work with you on a fair resolution. Claims are reviewed case by case.

Shipping

Carrier shipping charges are billed at cost. You may also connect your own carrier account at no charge. Carriers are independent companies, and delivery timelines once a package leaves our facility are governed by the carrier's own terms.

Payment

Invoices are issued for services rendered and are payable according to the schedule agreed at onboarding. We may pause services on accounts with significantly overdue balances after reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
