Do you charge extra for inserts, cards or branded boxes?
No. Inserts, cards and your branded packaging are packed to your spec at no extra per box charge when you supply them with the components. Packaging you want us to source is quoted separately.
How is storage billed between cycles?
$0.57 per cubic foot per month, based on the space your components actually occupy. The first 30 days are free for new inventory, and there is no long term storage surcharge.
Can every box ship on the same day each month?
Yes. Boxes are assembled in one run before ship day, and every order that syncs from your store ships the same business day. Warehouses operate Monday to Friday, with 99.8% shipping accuracy.
Is there a contract or a minimum subscriber count?
No contract. Leave with 30 days notice, with no cancellation fee and no fee to pull your inventory. The only floor is a $200 monthly activity minimum, and shipping charges count toward it.
Building multipacks or promo kits rather than a monthly box?
Same $0.50 per item assembly, for one time runs of 100 kits or more.
